Such situations may include issues such as money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, harassment, discrimination, information security and privacy breaches, among others.

For this purpose, the decision to report must be made consciously, carefully and honestly, and is expected to be made in good faith.

The company ensures that the reporting person is not subject to any retaliation or discrimination. All communications will be handled independently and confidentially, ensuring the protection of the reporting person’s personal data.
